This page is for contractors who occasionally need offload locations for clean fill dirt generated from construction or excavation projects.
NeighborFill is a FREE beta-test service designed to help contractors identify nearby offload locations and reduce haul distance, time, and cost.
Look at the overview map of available offload locations below. The map shows the general coverage area. (New locations are being added weekly.)
Click on the link immediatly above the sample map. This will take you to the interactive map that allows you to zoom in and filter sites by the amount of material the homeowner can take and a few other criteria.
Sign up as a beta tester of the system. (So you qualify for owner contact information when you need it.)
When your work site has "Spoils" to get rid of, note the ID# of the suitable sites nearby. Then call or email us with a request for the homeowner's contact information
Contact information is emailed to you FREE of charge, (up to six (6) homeowners per request.)
Homeowners and contractors then communicate directly and make their own arrangements.
NeighborFill does not coordinate scheduling, hauling, placement, payment, or material approval.
Only offer clean fill appropriate for residential use
Confirm material suitability directly with the homeowner
Coordinate access, timing, and placement directly
Update us if you are no longer participating in the beta testing
