Contractors — Disposing of Clean Fill

This is a free contractor-centered logistics tool for nearby clean-fill disposal 

Click on the link to "Today's Map".  (Not the "Sample Map".)  The link will take you to the interactive map that allows you to zoom in, see the site ID #s, filter sites by the amount of material the homeowner can take, and several other criteria.

How This Works (Beta)

• Sign up as a beta tester of the system.  (So you qualify for owner contact information when you need it.)

• When your work site has "Spoils" to get rid of, go to the map, click on the sites nearby.  Note the ID#s and evaluate the access suitability and materials wanted if listed.  Then call, text, or email us with the six site ID#s that work best for you.    The homeowners contact information is emailed to you.

• Homeowners and contractors then communicate directly and make their own arrangements.

NeighborFill does not coordinate scheduling, hauling, placement, payment, or material approval.

What We Ask of Contractors

• Only offer clean fill appropriate for residential use

• Confirm material suitability directly with the homeowner

• Coordinate access, timing, and placement directly

• Update us if you are no longer participating in the beta testing

This service depends on good-faith participation.

• This service is FREE

• Submissions and requests are reviewed manually

• Response times are not guaranteed

• NeighborFill does not inspect dump sites for suitability

• NeighborFill is not a broker, contractor, or hauling service

• Company name and contact information

• General service area
