Yes. NeighborFill is a FREE service for both homeowners and contractors. There is no charge to submit a request, have fill delivered, view the map, or receive nearby contact information.
If you feel the service has been valuable and would like to help it grow, optional donations are accepted.
Clean fill generally means excess soil, sand, gravel, or similar natural material, that have to be removed from the worksite. (Called "Spoils" by profesionals in the industry.) Contractors are informed that no garbage, stumps, or contaminants are to be included in the loads they deliver.
HOWEVER, NeighborFill DOES NOT know the condition of the fill and CANNOT enforce the “no contaminants” rule. This entire system operates on the honor system.
Contractors that violate this agreement may be subject to litigation from the homeowner and/or regulatory agencies.
No. NeighborFill does not guarantee matches, deliveries, timing, or outcomes. The service only helps connect interested parties.
All hauling, placement, access, and site preparation are arranged directly between the homeowner and the contractor.
NeighborFill does not coordinate work or assume responsibility for site conditions, equipment, or results.
Submissions and contact requests are reviewed and input manually during this beta-test period, and response times from contractors working in your area are unknowable.
To help contractors identify potential offload sites without publishing exact addresses.
Contact details are shared only after a contractor registers as a participant and submits a request.
Homeowners are encouraged to check the map a few days after signing up.
If your dot is poorly placed, contact us with a map image showing a more accurate location.
The service currently covers: Flathead County
We soon anticipate including sites in Lincoln County & Lake County
Additional areas may be added as participation increases.
Yes. Homeowners and contractors may update their information or remove themselves from the service at any time using the sign-up / modify form.

Second, tell people in your network. The more participants, the more useful the service becomes.
Third, if you have advanced skills in digital marketing, website development, or cloud-based databases and would like to meaningfully contribute your skills, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Send us an email and let’s discuss the possibilities. beneschd1@gmail.com
